Great location near major sights in this city, with many shops and restaurants within walking distance in the pedestrianised area of the Bario Santa Cruz. The hotel facilities were excellent and the cleanliness was superb. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating throughout our entire stay. the breakfast options were delicious.

Entering the unassuming door, we emerged into the most beautiful courtyard imaginable; an oasis of calm in the hustle of the city. Our room was plush, and the daily fruit and chocolate turn-downs made us feel like royalty. The evening guitarist's performance in the courtyard was magical. we had a good stay at this really good boutique hotel.

Centrally located, easy to find in the historic district. Beautifully restored building with a mix of modern and traditional decor. Superb staff, professional, welcoming, and multilingual. Comfortable and clean rooms with nice amenities. The courtyard is a peaceful oasis with a lovely fragrance.

I had a fantastic stay at this charming hotel nestled in the heart of a historic quarter. The location down an alley in the old Jewish quarter was perfect - close to all the main tourist attractions and within easy walking distance to find all the spots I wanted to visit. The room I stayed in was comfortable and cozy, providing a peaceful sanctuary after a day of exploring. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any inquiries or needs. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from, including fresh fruit and hot coffee. The rooftop terrace offered stunning views of the city, creating the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.

That the main foyer and sitting areas were a bit chilly in the winter, making it difficult to find a comfortable spot to relax besides my room.

Nothing not to love.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the attention to detail and perfect service provided by the staff. They were always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect. The location was ideal, with all the main sights and plenty of dining options just a stone's throw away. the Flamenco guitar music in the evening created a magical ambiance that made our experience nice.

One aspect that could be improved upon was the noise from the street. Although the room was comfortable and well-appointed, we could still hear some street noise at night, which slightly disrupted our sleep.

We loved staying in this venue located in the heart of the charming Old Town area. It was delightful to be able to walk to all the major tourist attractions nearby, and there were plenty of good restaurants and cafes closeby. The service was great, and the staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room amenities were fantastic, including a mini-bar and a sitting area. It was nice to have welcome drinks upon arrival, and the tours/ticket assistance was a helpful touch.

We would recommend this hotel to any family who wants to have a great time in this area!
